**Indemnification** You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, agents, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use.
**Waiver and Severability** No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be considered nul and void and the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
**Applicable law and Dispute Resolution** The Lebanese law is applicable to the present Terms of Use. All disputes arising in connection with the present Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of Beirut.

**Terms and Conditions for Local Money Transfers**
1. INTRODUCTION: 1.1 This Agreement is between you and CashUnited S.A.L. (Hereinafter referred to as “CU”) acting through one of its representatives (Hereinafter referred to as "Agent"). This Agreement governs CU Local Money Transfer service in the Lebanese Territory (Hereinafter referred to as “LMT”) that allows you to send and/ or receive money in cash to/from the person named on the designated send or receive form (Hereinafter referred to as “Sender” and “Receiver”). 1.2 You must sign the requested send or receive form (Hereinafter referred to as “Send Form” or “Receive Form”) and any related documents and ensure that all sections have been fully and accurately completed otherwise CU will not be able to process the send or receive transaction (Hereinafter referred to as “Send Transaction” or Receive Transaction”). 1.3 The terms and conditions mentioned in the Send and Receive Forms constitute an integral part of this Agreement. If any of the information you provide to the Agent changes before the Receiver collects or receives the money you undertake to notify CU otherwise the transaction will not be processed. 1.4 The LMT is limited to the Lebanese Territory. 2. TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS: 2.1 The Sender and Receiver should be physically present at CU Agents and provide all required details as set as set on send and/or receive form and related documents as amended from time to time by CU. and to register as a CU customer in order to issue a CU ID CARD. 2.2 If the money is not collected within 90 days after the date of sending, the following mechanism is adopted: a) The recovered amount is deposited in a special account opened in its name at a bank operating in Lebanon.(b) The sender is notified that the beneficiary has not received the funds, 90 days after their date of sending.(c)The sender may request to recover the sent amount within 3 years from its date of sending. 2.3 The Sender shall provide the following details about the LMT a) his full name with a documentary evidence of his ID as per the list of identity cards accepted by CU at the time of the Send Transaction b) The purpose of transfer, c) The source of funds, d) The relationship with the Receiver, e) The exact amount of the Send Transaction, f)The currency of the LMT, g) The full name of the Receiver, h) The CU ID number of the Receiver if available i) Any other required information conditions or documentation applicable and/or required by CU and applicable laws and regulations. 2.4 The Receiver shall provide the following details about the LMT : a)The reference number provided by CU, which is the unique key of the LMT and his CU ID Card if previously registered b/ his full name and documentary evidence of his ID as per the list of identity cards accepted by CU at the time of Receive Transaction, c) the exact amount and currency of the Receive Transaction, d) Any other required information or conditions or documentation applicable and/or required by CU. 2.5 Receive Transactions are usually available within minutes for pick up by the Receiver, subject to the opening hours of the receiving CU Agent. The reference number provided by CU for the LMT upon the time of the Send, represents its unique key. Once the LMT is collected, CashUnited will no longer be liable for it. 3. TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE: 3.1 CU is bound to abide by mandatory Lebanese laws and regulations, notably the one issued by the Central Bank of Lebanon regulating anti-money laundering. Accordingly, CU is prohibited from doing business with certain listed individuals and is entitled to screen all transactions against lists of names provided by the Lebanese authorities. If a potential match is identified, some Senders/Receivers might be requested to provide additional documentation and/or information and transactions may thus be delayed, suspended or blocked. CU will report LMT Send and/or Receive transactions to any as required by the Lebanese laws and regulations, notably the one issued by the Central Bank of Lebanon regulating anti-money laundering. 3.2 Limits may apply to the LMT Send and/or Receive Transactions. The CU Agent shall inform the Sender and/or Receiver of the applicable limits at the time of the Send Transaction and/or the Receive Transaction and as published on CU website. 3.3 Such limits may apply on Send/Receive Amount and/or Senders and/or Receivers and/or Agents, at CU sole discretion. 3.4 CU reserves the right to delay suspend or withhold any Send and/or Receive transaction if it: a) it violates any applicable laws and regulations, mandatory provisions, and in general any obligations that apply to CU; or b) doing so may expose CU to action from any government or regulatory or judicial or administrative entity ; or c) it may be linked with fraudulent and/or illegal and /or suspicious activity; d) doing so may jeopardize or contradict with CU set compliance and/or legal and/or financial and/or business processes or regulations. 4. TRANSFER FEES: 4.1 Transfer fees are displayed at all CU Agents/locations and specified on the official printed CU “Send form”. 4.2 The transfer fees for LMT are paid by the Sender in cash at the time of the Send Transaction. The Sender does not have to pay any additional fees to the CU Agent not mentioned on the CU “Send form”. 5. TRANSFER CURRENCY: 5.1 LMT’s can only be paid by the Sender in cash in American dollars (USD) and/or in Lebanese Pounds (LBP). 5.2 The currency of the LMT should be specified by the Sender during the Send Transaction process and printed on the Send Form. 5.3 The receiver can only collect the money in cash in the same currency specified on the Send Form. Or through any electronic wallet or payment instrument approved by Banque du Liban and offered by CU. 6. TRANSFER REVERSAL: The amount(s) transferred may be reversed back to the Sender in person or through the electronic wallet in the following cases restrictively: i) Upon the Sender request if a)the transaction is not collected by the Receiver and the transaction send date is < 90 days b) or if The Sender requests to change the Receiver name specified in the Send Form and as long as the transaction has not been collected yet by the initial Receiver specified on the Send form, and as long as the transaction’s send date is < 90 days , ii) If the transaction is suspended or blocked or withheld by CU for any reason. In all cases the transfer fees shall not be returned. 7. LIABILITY: 7.1 CU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FOR CONSEQUENCES OF ANY DELAY IN PERFORMING THE SEND/RECEIVE TRANSACTIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IF SUCH DELAY IS DUE TO ANY CAUSE OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL OR TO ANY EVENT OR CAUSE RESULTING NOTABLY FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: I)ACTS OF GOD, II) HOSTILITIES, RIOTS,STRIKES, LOCK-OUT CIVIL DISTURBANCE, ACTS OF TERRORISM III) THE ACT OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY, IV) FIRE, EXPLOSION, FLOOD, BAD WEATHER V) POWER FAILURE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS LINES, FAILURE OR BREAKDOWN OF PLANT, MACHINERY. 7.2 Fraud Warning: The transaction information is confidential. The Sender should not share any information with any person other than the designated receiver at the time of send. The Sender is cautioned against sending money persons he does not know. In no event, shall CU be liable in case the sender provides transaction details to anyone other than the designated receiver. If the Sender processes a LMT to pay for purchasing goods and/or services, CU is not liable and does not guarantee the delivery of those goods and/or services. 8. DATA PROTECTION: 8.1 CU is committed to protecting its customers’ privacy. CU may use the Sender and/or Receiver’s personal information and the details of the transfer and store them on its database, for managing its business (including administering any ongoing relationship with them) and/or for market research as permitted by applicable law. 8.2 CU will not share the information with anyone else except as required by law. Accordingly, you hereby authorize CU for the above purposes. 8.3 CU has security practices and procedures in place to restrict access to personal information as appropriate. 8.4 Senders and/or Receivers may request access to their personal information, ask for the information to be corrected or updated or, for legitimate reasons, oppose its processing; by writing to, e-mailing, or calling CU. 8.5 By completing and signing the form, you hereby agree to our collection, use and transfer of your personal information for the above purposes. 9. SEPARATE ARRANGEMENTS: CU Agents may offer at their locations additional services than those provided by CU. These services are subject to separate fees, charges, exchange rates as well as different terms and conditions. CU shall not be liable for any of these services. 10. COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible by: (a) visiting our website www.cashunited.com and submitting your claim, (b) contact us via WhatsApp application on +961 70 390 111 or (c) calling our customer support on + 961 1 390111.

**Terms & Conditions International Money Transfers**
1. INTRODUCTION: 1.1 The CashUnited international money transfer service (the “Service”) is provided by CashUnited S.A.L. (“CU” or “we”) through its authorized agents, delegates, correspondents, foreign partners or other permitted entities (“Agents”). These Terms and Conditions, along with the Documentation (as defined in Section 1.3 below) used in connection with the Service to which these Terms and Conditions may be included or attached, constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between us with you, the individual sender of the Service (“you” or “Sender”). 1.2 This Agreement and the Service allow you to send a money transfer (a “Transfer”) to the person named on the form (the “Recipient “) and allows them (i) to collect in cash at a MoneyGram location (our “cash to cash” service); or (ii) to receive into their bank account or other type of physical or virtual account, for example a mobile wallet account (our “cash to account” service). These terms and conditions apply to both services, except where we say they apply to only one of them. 1.3 You must sign any other documentation related to the Transfer, including all forms, receipts, or acknowledgments (collectively, the “Documentation”) in order to use the Service. 1.4 By using, or attempting to use, the Service in any capacity, you are acknowledging that you (i) accept the terms of this Agreement and (ii) have read the Documentation relating to the Transfer and that the information as described on the Documentation is accurate. 1.5 For cash-to-cash Transfers, you can either send money within the same country or to a different “receive country”. The Recipient can only collect the money in the receive country stated in the form. Once the Agent has processed this form and been given your money, the Recipient can collect the money at any MoneyGram location in the receive country subject to the applicable payout method, the opening hours of the relevant Agent or receiving institution, applicable laws and regulations, and completion of any required compliance or verification procedures.” (during opening hours) in cash, in the currency stated in the form unless condition 2.2 below applies. We will not contact the Recipient when the money is ready to collect, so this is something you will need to do. 1.6 We do not offer the Service in all countries. You can call us, visit our website or ask an Agent to find out the availability of our Service, and addresses and opening times of locations offering the Service. 2. CHARGES AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE: 2.1 You must pay us the fee stated in the form. We will not charge you any other fee for the Transfer. You can only send money in a certain currency or currencies. The Agent will tell you whether a payout currency is available in the receive country and (if different to the currency in which you pay us) what exchange rate will apply. Your chosen currency, the agreed exchange rate and the converted amount will be stated in the form. 2.2 For cash to cash Transfers to certain countries: (i) if the Transfer amount is stated in U.S. Dollars, and the Recipient’s Agent does not pay out in that currency, they will convert the money into the local currency using either their or MoneyGram’s standard exchange rate; (ii) if the money (whatever foreign currency it is sent in) is not collected within 45 days, the Recipient’s Agent may recalculate the converted amount at the time of collection, using their or MoneyGram’s standard exchange rate. 3. RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSFERS: 3.1 There are limits on the amount you are able to send. The Agent will, as necessary, tell you what they are. We may refuse to send the money or allow it to be collected if we reasonably believe that: (a) by doing so we might break any law, regulation, code or other duty that applies to us; (b) doing so may expose us to action from any government or regulator; or (c) it may be linked with fraudulent or illegal activity. (d) the Transfer may involve money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions-related risks; (e) the required customer identification, due diligence or other compliance requirements have not been satisfactorily completed; or (f) the Transfer is prohibited or restricted in the destination country. In connection with the Transfer, you may be required to provide information and supporting documentation relating to your identity, address, source of funds, purpose of the Transfer, relationship with the Recipient, the Recipient’s identity and, where applicable, the beneficial owner, as required by applicable laws and regulations and our customer due diligence procedures. 4. EXPIRED TRANSFERS: If you ask us to make a Transfer to be collected in cash and the Transfer amount has not been collected within 90 days CU shall coordinate with the contracted foreign company in order to recover the amount sent and not paid to the Recipient. Upon recovery of such amount, CU shall deposit the recovered amount in a special account opened in its name in U.S. Dollars at a bank operating in Lebanon. CU shall notify the Sender that the Recipient has not received the funds 90 days after the date of sending. The Sender shall be entitled to request recovery of the sent amount within three (3) years from the date of sending. At the expiry of the applicable legal prescription period, the Lebanese State shall be entitled to the amount as provided by the applicable laws, and CU shall transfer any remaining amount to its Profit and Loss Account as undistributable profits., 5. CANCELLING AND REFUNDING A TRANSFER: 5.1 You do not have a right to cancel the Transfer. We may nevertheless be able to cancel it before the Recipient collects or receives the money. If you wish to cancel the Transfer and request a refund of the Transfer amount, you can ask an Agent or write to us enclosing a copy of your completed form. We aim to process such requests promptly but, in any case, within 30 days. 6. IDENTIFICATION AND PAY OUT FOR CASH-TO-CASH TRANSFERS: 6.1 In order to collect the money and complete a Transfer, the following must be provided: (i) Identification; (ii) the recipient’s details from the form; (iii) the Sender’s name; and (iv) the Transfer amount. 6.2 For certain Transfers (depending on the receive country and amount - your Agent has the details) the test answer you have set in the form, and/or the 8-digit reference number given to you at the time of the Transfer, may also be required to collect the money. 6.3 You must not give the details referred to in condition 5.1 or (if they are required to collect the money) in condition 5.2 to anyone other than your chosen Recipient. You must also do all you reasonably can to make sure no one else can obtain them - for example, by (i) not letting anyone see the form; (ii) not writing down the test question and answer or the reference number in a way that can be recognized, nor letting anyone overhear you tell the Recipient what they are; and (c) not trusting a person (other than the Recipient) who tries to assure you it is safe to disclose some or all of those details to them. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you in connection with the Transferis complete and accurate. 7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR CASH TO ACCOUNT TRANSFERS: 7.1 We will send the money to the account you specify in the form. For information on when a payment will be credited to such an account, you need to contact the Recipient’s account provider. 7.2 The Recipient’s account provider may apply its own charges to the Transfer, which do not involve us. 7.3 If you ask us to send money to an account and the Transfer was not made properly or never arrived, we will promptly refund your money and our fee - unless we can show that the account provider received the money or that there was a mistake in the Recipient’s account details that you gave us. 8. SEPARATE ARRANGEMENTS: 8.1 In addition to their offering of our Service, Agents may offer you their own products or services such as currency exchange. These additional products or services are separate and independent from the Service, are offered under the Agent’s own terms and conditions, and do not involve MoneyGram in any way. These additional products and services are likely to have their own fees associated with them. 9. OUR LIABILITY: 9.1 We will not be liable to you if we break this Agreement due to: (i) abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances outside our control where we could not avoid breaking this Agreement despite all efforts to the contrary - this may include, for example, delays or failures caused by industrial action, problems with another system or network, mechanical breakdown or data-processing failures; or (ii) our obligations under English or other applicable laws to which we may be subject to. 9.2 We are not liable to you for more than the amount of money you send and our fee. We will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential losses or costs you suffer or, as this Agreement is made with you as a consumer, any business losses or costs (such as loss of business profits or opportunities). 9.3 Our Service is for persons 18 years and over and may not be used for escrow or trust or gambling purposes, and may only be used for a lawful purpose. Please also read the fraud warnings on the form. If you ask us to pay someone who turns out to have defrauded you, or who fails to meet their obligations to you, we will not be liable as a result. 10. OTHER TERMS: 10.1 We may report or disclose information relating to Transfers to the Banque du Liban, the Special Investigation Commission, competent governmental, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities, or any other competent authority, where required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.”10.2 The Transfer and use of our Service do not involve you or the Recipient having a “deposit” or an account with MoneyGram. 10.3 These conditions have been prepared, and will be executed, in the English language, which shall be the governing language for all purposes. In the event of any conflict between the English version of the Agreement and any translated version of the Agreement, the English version of the Agreement shall govern and we will communicate with you in English. 11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY: 11.1 By continuing with the transaction, you acknowledge and consent, to the extent required by applicable law, to the collection, use, processing, storage and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of providing and administering the Service, conducting customer due diligence and compliance checks, preventing fraud and unlawful activities, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and processing the Transfer through CU, its Agents, foreign partners, receiving institutions and other entities involved in the execution of the Transfer, including where such processing or transfer takes place outside Lebanon. 12.
