Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to agents and customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Handle and resolve agent or customer claims related to money transfers.
- Obtain, validate, and archive signed receipts and customer IDs for disbursement services.
- Detect and report suspicious agent or customer behavior to the head of department and promptly escalate unresolved matters as needed.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve any discrepancies in activity reports.
- Respond to inquiries or claims from service providers or partners.
- Review, correct, and complete customer profiles, including KYC verification.
- Report promptly system errors to IT support.
- Identify and report potential false matches for customers attempting money transfer transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the field.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Time Management, Follow-up and Prioritization skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience with call center software and technology.
